I came back to Loan Factory again after a couple of years, and I’m really glad I did. From start to finish, the team was friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us through the loan process. Matt and Ethan were especially wonderful to work with — they helped me with all of my questions and took the time to explain every concern I had in detail. They were always patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I fully understood each step of the process, which gave me a lot of confidence and peace of mind. What stood out most was their positive attitude and willingness to help with anything we needed. They stayed responsive throughout the entire process and were able to close our loan on time, making everything feel smooth and stress-free.
